Anri runs the customer experience and day-to-day operations at Uhauz, backed by a technical background in software development and years of quality-control experience — sharpened further by years in the luxury service industry, including high-end yacht charter operations. That mix shapes how the company runs: process-driven, detail-obsessed, built around consistent quality on every visit.
Igor owns the technical side — the repairs themselves. With 5+ years repairing premium appliances and 1,000+ units restored across Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Viking, KitchenAid and other high-end brands, he's the same technician who comes back for every visit — someone who already knows your appliance and your home, not a new face each time.
