- Communications: Content of SMS messages, voicemails, and any correspondence you send us
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Technical Diagnostics: Appliance error codes and system performance data collected during on-site service
- Website & App Analytics: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and navigation patterns
- Call Data: Phone call recordings, voicemail recordings, and AI-generated transcriptions and summaries when you call our business number — collected via Twilio, Inc. and processed using Vapi and Deepgram speech recognition
- SMS & Message Records: Records of inbound and outbound SMS communications between you and our technicians or office
- Photo Documentation: Photographs of your appliance taken before and after service, which may also be used for marketing purposes as described in Section 2
- Location Data: Service address used for technician dispatch
- Signature Metadata: IP address, timestamp, and user agent string captured when you sign documents electronically
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Manufacturer Support Data: Warranty status and parts information from authorized manufacturers (e.g., Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Dacor)
- Payment Processors: Transaction confirmations and fraud signals from Stripe
2. Purposes of Data Use
