Sale of Goods Agreement

By placing an order with Uhauz, you acknowledge and accept the terms set forth in this Agreement. Any terms or conditions provided by you that differ, contradict, or add to those stated here are explicitly rejected by Uhauz.

1. Orders

All orders placed with Uhauz are subject to our acceptance. Uhauz is not responsible for any errors, including pricing or typographical mistakes, in the offers or advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.


2. Payment Terms

Buyers are required to make deposits according to the service selected. The full payment for the remaining balance is due before we can proceed with manufacturing. Once the order is sent to the factory, the design is final, and refunds are no longer possible. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars via certified check, ACH, wire transfer, or credit card.


3. Taxes

Prices displayed do not include any taxes, customs duties, or fees such as sales, use, or value-added taxes. Unless you provide a valid tax exemption certificate, you are responsible for paying these taxes and duties.


4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges will be added to the total order cost. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only, and Uhauz cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Late delivery will not entitle you to terminate the Agreement or claim damages. Partial shipments or installments may occur. Title to the products remains with Uhauz until delivery is completed.


5. Storage Fees & Delivery Acceptance

If products are not accepted within 14 days of being ready for delivery, they will be stored in a warehouse at your expense. If you fail to accept delivery within six months from the scheduled delivery date, Uhauz may retain all payments made and dispose of the products at its discretion, including resale, with no further rights or claims from you.


6. Delivery Terms & Additional Services

Unless otherwise specified, deliveries are made to the first dry location such as a garage or covered area. The delivery site must be accessible for pallet jack use. Additional delivery requirements are your responsibility and may incur extra charges. Services such as bringing items into your home or inventory verification, if offered, must be arranged prior to delivery and may incur additional costs.


7. Installation Services & Registered Installer Network

Uhauz does not provide direct installation services but offers access to a network of independent contractors who are trained in Uhauz’s product installation methods.

  • Independent Contractors: These installers operate independently from Uhauz, and we are not responsible for their services.
  • Homeowner Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying the installer’s credentials, such as licensing and insurance, and negotiating terms directly with the installer.
  • No Guarantees: Uhauz does not assume liability for any issues arising from the installer’s work.
    If you choose to use a Registered Installer, you agree that Uhauz’s role is limited to facilitating access to this network, and any issues must be resolved directly with the installer.

8. Return and Replacement Policy

We will replace any damaged or defective products free of charge, provided the damages are noted at the time of delivery. Both the delivery agent and the customer are responsible for checking the items and recording any issues.

  • Concealed Damage: If damage is discovered after unpacking, you have 7 days from delivery to report it for a no-charge replacement. We recommend inspecting the products as soon as possible, at least 7 days before installation.

9. Limited Warranty

Uhauz warrants that the products will conform to specifications and legal standards for 25 years from the delivery date. However, the warranty does not cover products that have been

  • Damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  • Altered or repaired by anyone other than Uhauz or authorized agents.
  • Used with unapproved third-party products.

10. Product Changes

Products may be modified or discontinued at any time, without prior notice. Minor design adjustments may also occur during the manufacturing process


11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Uhauz is not liable for special, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including the costs of replacing or installing substitute products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in the last 12 months


12. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement is governed by Texas law, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement must be settled in the federal or state courts in Texas, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts


13. Force Majeure
